Work, in travel.

Three travel businesses, the problem each one had, and what I built for it.

The staff queue: every request with an owner and a due time

A travel company in India

Custom B2B portal, custom HR portal, processes, social media · 2026

The challenge

Agents sent their requests on WhatsApp at every hour of the day. Fees and invoices were worked out by hand, and leave and attendance lived in a register and a face scanner. Off-the-shelf software didn’t match how the company works.

Every request now has an owner, a due time and a record.

What I built

  • A B2B portal built around the company’s own request types: agents send requests, staff work them from one queue, and invoices, statements and the daily sales report come out of it.
  • An HR portal built to the company’s leave policy, with attendance imported from the office face scanner.
  • The social media, and a written process for each kind of request.

A holiday brand in India

Website, holiday packages, travel guides · 2026

The challenge

Holiday packages were shared one by one on WhatsApp and as PDFs. The brand needed a website where travellers find a trip by place, month and budget, then talk to a real planner before paying anything.

Find a trip in three choices, then talk to a real planner before paying anything.

What I built

  • A website built around search: where to, when and budget, with quick picks for honeymoons, family trips and weekend getaways.
  • Package pages with a day-by-day plan, what is included, the best months to go, and an enquiry on WhatsApp or a call-back form.
  • Packages kept in a Google Sheet, so the team adds or changes a trip without touching the code.
  • Destination pages, downloadable brochures and travel guides written to be found on Google.

A beach destination platform in the Netherlands

Social media, website rebuild, user journey · 2026

The challenge

A seaside deals pass needed steady social media, and a website where visitors understand the offer and reach the buy button without getting lost.

Explain the offer in seconds, then walk the visitor straight to the buy button.

What I built

  • Running their social media: the monthly plan, the posts and the reels.
  • Rebuilding the website, starting with a homepage built around the offer: a savings calculator, curated venue cards and a three-step how-it-works.
  • Fixing the user journey from the first visit to the purchase.
