Who owns what after a build

When I build a system for your agency, it is yours to run. In plain words:

What is yours

• Your copy of the system, set up for your company, its branches, staff and agents.
• All the data you put into it: agencies, requests, invoices, staff records.
• The right to use it, host it where you choose and have it changed later, for as long as you like.
• There is no yearly or per-user fee to keep using it.

What stays shared

• General building blocks I use across projects (sign-in, audit log, settings and similar) stay available for my other work.
• Your data, your branding and anything specific to your business are never reused for anyone else.

After launch

Every build includes 30 days of fixes after launch. After that, an optional monthly care plan covers hosting, updates, fixes and small changes. Its price is quoted with the project, and you can stop it any month.

Changes later

New features after launch are quoted separately, as small projects of their own.
