I have worked in the travel industry for more than 12 years, at several companies. Today I work at a travel company in India, where I run the social media and built the two portals the team uses every day: one for agency requests and one for HR.

I built them because work was getting lost. Agents sent requests on WhatsApp at every hour, invoices were typed after the office closed, and leave lived in a paper register.

I also built the website for a holiday brand in India, with its packages, destination pages and travel guides. Part-time, I run the social media and the website for a beach destination platform in the Netherlands.

A 10-person agency gets the same 11 pm void as a big consolidator, without a night team to catch it.
