Where does leave live in your office today?
At the travel company where I work, leave lived in a register and attendance stayed inside the face scanner. A ticketing desk works early mornings and late nights, so leave and attendance have to work from a phone.

Records, documents in folders, and joining and leaving checklists that HR ticks off as they go.
Leave in two clicks
Staff pick the days on a calendar and send. The portal counts balances, half days, carry-forward, comp-off and the sandwich rule, using your leave policy.
Attendance straight from the face scanner
Import the scanner’s file and see who is in, who came late and who missed a punch. The portal keeps the scanner number and the time, and never stores a face.

Staff tell their manager on WhatsApp with a ready message and a link to approve. Leave requests work the same way.
Salary and bank details stay with HR
PAN, bank details and salary are encrypted, and only HR and managers can see them. Each employee’s consent is recorded.
Leavers lose access on their last day
Their logins switch off automatically in the HR portal and in the agent portal.

Profiles, photos, birthdays and work anniversaries, so a growing team still knows each other.

Questions
Can you build just the HR part? Yes. It can run on its own. If you also have an agent portal from me, a leaver loses access to both at once.
Which face scanners work? Any scanner whose software exports its attendance log as CSV or Excel. The first time, the portal asks which column is which.
Does it run payroll? Not yet. A monthly salary report for Accounts is on the way.
How are staff details protected? Private details are encrypted, files open only for the right people, and every change is recorded. Leavers' personal data is removed after a period you choose.
